                               RESOLUTION NO. 20619
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
                  AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH
                  CONSOLIDATED TECHNOLOGIES, INC. RELATIVE TO
                  THE SUMMIT LANDFILL EXPANSION PROJECT, WHICH
                  AMENDMENT REDUCES THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT AMOUNT
                  BY TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX THOUSAND, SIX
                  HUNDRED DOLLARS ($236,600.00) FOR A REVISED
                  TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED NINETEEN
                  THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS
                  ($219,825.00).
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with Consolidated
       Technologies, Inc. relative to the Summit Landfill Expansion
       Project, which amendment reduces the original contract amount by
       $236,600.00 for a revised total contract amount of $219,825.00.
